We will start early by picking up participants from their various hotels in Cusco between 03:30 and 04:00 am.
07:00 am: Breakfast in Mollepata
Next, we will head to the picturesque town of Mollepata, where we will enjoy an authentic typical breakfast of the region before continuing with our tour.
Preparations in Soraypampa
After breakfast, we will head to Soraypampa. Our guide will give us time to properly prepare for the hike, including checking equipment such as trekking poles, water, backpacks, etc.
Hike to Laguna Humantay
We will begin our hike to the majestic Laguna Humantay, located at 4,250 meters above sea level. The ascent will take us approximately an hour and a half, providing us with stunning panoramic views.
Exploration of Laguna Humantay
Upon reaching this beautiful lagoon, you will have enough time to admire its natural beauty, take photographs, and recharge with the energy emanating from Nevado Salkantay.
Return to Soraypampa and Lunch in Mollepata
After this rewarding experience, we will return to Soraypampa where our bus awaits us. We will continue to Mollepata to enjoy a comforting lunch.
06:20 pm: Return to Cusco
Finally, we will embark on the journey back to Cusco, arriving in the city around 18:30 hrs, approximately, marking the end of this adventure at Laguna Humantay.
