🗓️ DAY 1:🏨 Check In: HotelCity Tour + Huacachina + Buggy + Sandboard + Winery.
🕦 Tour Schedule: 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm (You can choose either of these 2 times for the Tour.)
2:30 pm – Historic Center of Ica and the remains of the Sanctuary of the Lord of Luren: Our first stop will be at the historic Plaza de Armas of Ica, where you can appreciate the colonial architecture and visit the remains of the Sanctuary of the Lord of Luren, an important religious site in the region.
3:30 pm – Artisan Winery: Next, we will head to an authentic artisan winery. Here, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the fascinating process of making pisco, the emblematic drink of Peru. But that’s not all, after learning the theory, you will enjoy a delicious tasting that will include wines, piscos, macerated drinks, and cocktails. An experience for lovers of good drinks!
4:00 pm – Visit to the town of Cachiche: We will continue our tour by visiting the picturesque town of Cachiche, famous for its history related to witchcraft. Passengers will be able to explore the Park of the Witches and immerse themselves in local legends.
4:30 pm – Palm tree of the 7 heads: Next, we will head to the mysterious Palm tree of the 7 heads, a unique site in its kind. Visitors will be able to admire this impressive natural formation while learning about its cultural importance.
5:00 pm – Huacachina Lagoon: One of the highlights of our trip will be the visit to the Huacachina Lagoon, known as “the Oasis of America.” Here, travelers can take spectacular photos and explore souvenir shops to take a piece of this unique experience home.
5:30 pm – Tubulars and Sandboard: For the more adventurous, we offer the option to practice Tubulars and Sandboard on the imposing dunes surrounding the Huacachina Lagoon. This activity is included in the itinerary. Alternatively, those who prefer to relax can use this time to shop for local crafts or take a stroll around the area.
6:00 pm – Return: Return to the Plaza de Armas of Ica.
🗓️ DAY 2:Ballestas Islands + Paracas National Reserve.
6:30 AM: Pickup at the Hotel: We will start the day by picking you up at your hotel and transferring you to the new tourist dock in Paracas.
8:30 AM: Ballestas Islands: We will board a speedboat to begin an exciting excursion of almost 1 hour to the Ballestas Islands.
The Ballestas Islands are home to thousands of migratory birds and colonies of sea lions. In addition, we will have the opportunity to observe Humboldt penguins and a variety of marine wildlife.
10:00 AM: Tour of the Paracas National Reserve: From the dock, we will head to the Paracas National Reserve, the largest natural sanctuary on the Peruvian coast.
We will begin our visit at the Interpretation Center of the RNP, where we will learn about the rich biodiversity of the region. Then, we will head to the famous natural rock formation known as “The Cathedral” and enjoy its spectacular panoramic view.
We will continue with a panoramic visit to the Red and Yumaque beaches, where we can appreciate the beauty of the coast.
01:30 PM: Lunch: We will transfer to Lagunillas Beach, where you will have the option to enjoy lunch.
03:00 PM: Return to Ica: We will conclude our day of exploration and return to the Plaza de Armas of Ica.
🗓️ DAY 3:Nasca Archaeological Tour
06:30 am: Passenger Pickup in Ica: We will start early by picking up our passengers from their accommodations in Ica and heading towards the mysterious city of Nasca, approximately 2 hours south of Ica.
08:30 am: Visits on the Way to Nasca: During the journey to Nasca, we will explore various tourist sites. We will start with the famous “Face of the Inca,” an impressive rock formation that resembles an Inca face.
11:00 am: María Reiche Museum and Metal Viewpoint: We will visit the María Reiche Museum, where we will learn about the biography and achievements of Dr. María Reiche, dedicated to the study of the Nasca Lines. We will continue to the María Reiche Metal Viewpoint to observe geoglyphs such as The Hands, the Tree, and the Lizard.
12:15 pm: Inca Fortress “Paredones” and Cantalloc Aqueducts: Next, we will explore the Inca fortress “Paredones” and the amazing Cantalloc Aqueducts, incredible underground tunnels built by the Nasca for irrigation and daily use, still in operation today.
1:45 pm: Free Time for Lunch in Nasca: We will offer free time for our passengers to enjoy lunch at a tourist restaurant in the center of Nasca.
2:30 pm: Artisan Workshops of Textiles and Ceramics: We will visit the Artisan Workshops of Textiles and Ceramics in the center of Nasca, where you will have a small class on traditional crafting techniques.
5:30 pm: Return to Ica: We conclude this fascinating day exploring Nasca and its archaeological treasures. We will head back to Ica.
